DELIVERY TIME
Your shipments are prepared to be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days from the order date. The delivery time of your order is approximately 1-4 business days and may vary depending on the workload of the cargo company. There is no cargo dispatch process on weekends. All orders placed on Friday and weekends will be delivered to the cargo on Monday.
RETURN CONDITIONS
After receiving your order, you may return the items within 14 business days from the date you received them. The product must be unused, in its original box and packaging, placed in its own transparent protective bag to prevent damage during shipping, and sent together with the invoice that was sent to you by email. After your product reaches us, its return will be approved if it complies with the return conditions. It may take 14 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your bank. In case of delay, we kindly ask you to contact your bank.
