Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Your orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo. Shipments are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the order date.
The average delivery time is 1-4 business days, subject to change based on the courier company’s workload. No shipments are processed on weekends.
All orders placed on Fridays and weekends are handed over to the courier on Monday.
